As we began preparations for this newsletter, I had several different thoughts on my mind. First, I had just received the latest in a series of positive feedback from clients expressing how grateful they were to our staff; citing their flexibility, creativity, and professionalism.  I value greatly the opportunity to work with a team of talented account managers, project managers, and language professionals who all make client satisfaction their number one goal. Secondly, I think about the literally hundreds of applications received every month from people asking to be a part of the Verbatim Solutions team.

Without exaggerating, we receive between 5-20 emails every day, seven days per week. This puts us in the unique position of being able to be VERY selective about the people we accept as part of the team. We don’t just accept people who are trained or certified; we only accept people who have many years of experience in the industry.  And of those we tentatively accept, they are closely monitored and reviewed on the first few projects they are assigned to make sure their commitment to quality and customer service meet our requirements.

That doesn’t mean we don’t have problems.  In an area as inherently subjective and emotional as language, there will always be differences of opinion.  But it is how our team responds to these inevitable problems that sets them apart. It is a great privilege to work with such a great team and to witness them meeting client needs every day.
